Product Overview
Upgrade the braking performance of your BMW E9X M3 with the XC3 BTCC Big Brake Kit featuring AP Racing CP9668 Pro 5000 R six-piston endurance calipers. Built around ex-BTCC 368mm x 36mm floating rotors, 25mm brake pads and XC3 precision-engineered mounting components, this complete front brake upgrade is designed for fast road, track day and endurance use.
The CP9668 caliper uses a deeper 25mm pad compared with the 18mm pad used in the CP9660, giving increased pad volume, longer consumable life and improved suitability for repeated high-temperature braking.

Product Description
The BMW E9X M3 is a highly capable road and track platform, but repeated heavy braking can quickly expose the limits of the factory braking system. Long braking zones, high-grip tyres, increased vehicle speed and repeated heat cycles all place greater demand on the front brakes, leading to increased pad wear, reduced consistency and a greater risk of brake fade.
The XC3 BTCC Big Brake Kit solves this with a motorsport-derived braking package built around 368mm x 36mm floating BTCC rotors and AP Racing CP9668 endurance calipers. The larger rotor size increases thermal capacity, while the floating bobbin assembly allows controlled rotor expansion under temperature. The CP9668’s 25mm pad format gives more friction material volume than the CP9660, making it better suited to longer sessions and endurance-focused use.
Customers can choose between Anodised Grey calipers for a motorsport-style finish or Nickel Plated calipers for a premium, corrosion-resistant appearance. Optional anti-rattle clips are also available for customers who want to reduce floating rotor hardware noise while retaining the benefits of a floating disc assembly.
XC3-designed bells and caliper brackets ensure correct rotor positioning, caliper alignment and pad sweep on the E9X M3 chassis. The supplied rotors are inspected ex-BTCC components, allowing customers to access high-level motorsport hardware at a more cost-effective price point than a fully new equivalent setup. Some cosmetic marks and signs of previous motorsport use should be expected.
